On the BBC news

Dr. Sharon Wright from the-learning-crowd was interviewed this week on the BBC News concerning the state of one particular school building: Copland School in Wembley.  Sharon was interviewed as part of BBC's School Report, both for television and also the BBC radio news programme the 'World at One'.

There was a major input from  Year 8 student who had written to Prime Minister David Cameron about the state of her school.  Mr Cameron wrote back to say that Copland had been placed on the priority school building programme. A year on, they are still waiting for the promised improvements.

Sharon toured the school, spoke to the students and was interviewed by the BBC.  Sharon has been contacted by the media a lot recently.  More examples will be posted as they occur.
