Natalie de Silva
Natalie is an experienced senior education consultant who has taught in and led a variety of urban schools.
As a headteacher, she has designed and set up a number of exceptional primary schools through the free schools programme and led the creation of three school buildings from start to finish.
Natalie is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and also a qualified Change Management Practitioner.
Natalie also has six years of experience as a SEND co-ordinator and is skilled at ensuring students with additional needs are able to access the school offer. In 2016, Natalie became an independent consultant and provides leadership support to primary school headteachers and governors. She was also a member of the group that delivered the “Effective Primary Teaching Practice” report, commissioned by the Teaching Schools Council to effect change in schools throughout the UK.
Natalie has been working with the-learning-crowd supporting projects in the UK and abroad.
